Customer Care
Customer Care and Stewardship Promise
At New Creations Woodcraft, our first purpose is to honor God in all that we do. The work of restoring, preserving, and caring for heirlooms is more than a business to us. It is a ministry of stewardship, kindness, and craft. We believe that every family story matters, and every piece entrusted to us deserves patience, honesty, and respect.
Profit is not our main pursuit. Any income received simply allows the work to continue in a sustainable and responsible way, so that we may keep serving others with compassion and care. We do our best to conduct ourselves with integrity, humility, and gratitude, remembering that we are temporary caretakers of both the work and the blessings that flow from it.
If you ever have a question or concern, please know that you are not an interruption. You are the reason we are here.
What You Can Expect When Shopping For Products
Many of the items we offer have already lived long and meaningful lives. They may show signs of age, character, past repairs, or gentle wear. We do our best to describe each piece honestly and to photograph it clearly so you will know what to expect when it arrives.
You can expect that:
-
Each piece is evaluated with care and respect.
-
Any restoration or preservation is done conservatively and thoughtfully.
-
We avoid unnecessary refinishing or alteration whenever possible.
-
We will disclose visible condition details to the best of our ability.
-
We package items carefully so that they travel safely to you.
You can also expect that we see every item not as a product, but as a story. We try to honor that story in every step of the process.
What You Can Expect When Requesting Services
Whether we are completing a valuation, preservation cleaning, or restoration work, our goal is to act as careful stewards and trusted guides. We recognize the emotional importance of family heirlooms and historic pieces. We will always speak honestly about condition, risk, cost, and outcomes.
You can expect:
-
Respectful communication.
-
Realistic expectations.
-
A conservative, preservation-minded approach.
-
Deep appreciation for sentimental value.
-
Prayerful and thoughtful decision-making in our work.
We do not believe in rushing history. Your heirloom will be treated with dignity.
Returns, Exchanges, and Order Concerns
Because many of our items are antique, one-of-a-kind, and sometimes fragile, returns are naturally limited. However, we also want you to feel confident and cared for.
If there is ever a problem with your order, or if something arrives damaged or unexpectedly different than described, please contact us right away. We will do our best to resolve the situation fairly, kindly, and reasonably. Our goal is not to win policy disputes, but to do what is right.
If an item is eligible for return, it will need to be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Some items may not be returnable due to age, fragility, or custom work. We will always communicate clearly so there are no surprises.
We simply ask that you speak with us, and we will listen.
Shipping and Handling Care
Every item is packaged with careful attention. We use appropriate protection and padding, and we do our best to ensure that pieces arrive safely. Shipping times may vary depending on size, carrier, or distance. If there is ever a delay or concern, we will communicate with you openly.
Please inspect your item upon arrival. If something was damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible so we may work with you on next steps.
We handle your order as if it matters, because it truly does.
Our Faith and Stewardship Commitment
We believe that God values truth, compassion, humility, and care for others. Those values shape how we restore, how we communicate, and how we do business. We strive to serve every customer with sincerity and gratitude, trusting that the work itself is part of a larger purpose.
Our pledge remains simple:
We promise to care for every piece, and every story, with honesty, craftsmanship, and faithful stewardship.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of your story.
