Private by design

The free version is built around one principle: your health information belongs to you.

  • No account required
  • No login required
  • No subscription required
  • No cloud storage required
  • Nothing sent to us
  • Stored on your device

Your information belongs to you.

The one exception: voice typing uses your phone's own speech recognition (Apple on iPhone, Google on Android) to turn speech into text — just like dictating a text message. Prefer not to? Just type.

Why I built EasyLog

I restore antiques for a living. If that work has taught me one thing, it's that the right tool changes everything.

Over the past several months, migraines began affecting nearly every part of my daily life. Keeping track of symptoms, medications, food triggers, sleep, and aura events became important — but the tools I found were too complicated, required accounts, collected unnecessary data, or simply didn't work well when I was already struggling with pain and brain fog.

I needed a tool built on simplicity. That tool didn't exist, so with a little help, I built one. The result was EasyLog Health.

It started with my migraines, but I built it for whatever you're facing — any condition, any symptom, any medication — whether you're tracking for yourself or for someone you love.

The free version costs me essentially nothing to maintain, and for that reason it should cost you nothing as well. Let me be a blessing to you today.

EasyLog Smart

An optional upgrade — here's exactly what it does.

EasyLog Health is free, and it's the whole app: all your logging, medicines, charts and reports, voice typing, and the promise that your health data stays on your device. For most people, on most days, the free version is all they'll ever need.

The one difference: understanding your words. Both versions let you just talk. The difference is what happens to what you say.

Free reads your words right on your device. A clear thought like "Headache about a 7, took my Lisinopril, eggs and toast for breakfast" sorts into neat entries in a second — instantly, completely offline.

Smart sends just those words to an AI helper that's better at the messy days, when it comes out rambling or half-finished:

"Eggs this morning, oh and I had coffee really late last night, head's been bad since" → becomes the right entries at the right times, with fewer corrections to make.

Start with the free version. If you'd benefit from the better listening, upgrade through the settings tab.

Smart is $9.99/year — priced only to help cover what the AI costs to run. The free on-device version is always there.
